Volta is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure platform building compute utilities for the AI era. As IT Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for IT operations, handling day-to-day support that keeps the organization running smoothly. You'll own the IT support queue as the first line of triage, resolving user issues around account access, software installs, hardware faults, and connectivity across Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. You'll manage meeting room and AV equipment, ensuring video conferencing works reliably. Onboarding and offboarding are core responsibilities: you'll execute joiner, mover, and leaver processes end-to-end using JumpCloud and Microsoft 365, including account creation, device shipment, MFA setup, and access removal. You'll run new starter IT induction sessions and ensure day-one success. Device and asset management falls under your purview—maintaining accurate inventory records, managing hardware lifecycle from procurement through decommissioning, monitoring device enrollment and compliance status, and coordinating warranty and repairs. You'll perform day-to-day administration across JumpCloud, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Atlassian: user and group changes, license assignment, permissions, and routine configuration. You'll support access reviews and apply least-privilege principles, flagging requests that don't fit policy. Documentation and process improvement are expected: you'll write end-user guides and internal runbooks, maintain control evidence for audits, and identify repetitive work to automate or streamline. You'll also support office IT infrastructure—WiFi, wired networking, printers, physical access systems—and serve as the on-site presence for IT matters and local vendor contact. Required: 1–3 years in IT support, service desk, or IT operations. Hands-on Microsoft 365 experience (user/license management, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint). Device support across Windows and macOS with MDM enrollment experience. Identity and access administration in JumpCloud, Okta, or Entra ID. Solid networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, WiFi). Clear written communication and strong documentation habits. Nice to have: PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripting; Linux command-line familiarity; Atlassian or Jira Service Management experience; ISO 27001 or SOC 2 awareness; multi-timezone or multi-office support experience.
