Lio is seeking an IT Administration & Automation Manager to build and lead an automation-first IT infrastructure for a fast-growing AI company. In this role, you will own the design and implementation of automated IT systems that replace manual processes and scale with company growth.
Key responsibilities include automating employee onboarding, offboarding, access management, and device provisioning across the tool stack. You will build lightweight internal tools using Python, APIs, low-code platforms, or AI-assisted coding to replace or optimize SaaS workflows. You'll integrate and orchestrate systems into a clean, automated setup while owning role- and group-based access structures and continuously improving permission management.
You will support IT security initiatives including firewall setup, device policies, and security best practices. You'll document systems clearly and create scalable IT processes that grow with the company, working independently and pragmatically to solve problems.
Ideal candidates have experience in IT administration, systems engineering, or IT operations in startup or SaaS environments. You should think automation-first and prefer building systems over executing manual tasks. You understand identity & access management, SaaS ecosystems, and modern cloud environments. You care about security fundamentals and structured permission concepts, and you work independently with a solution-oriented mindset.
