Omnidian is a Series C tech-enabled service company revolutionizing performance assurance for distributed solar and energy storage systems. The company is a certified B Corp headquartered in Seattle, WA.
The Invoicing Specialist role is split between two core responsibilities:
**Invoice Discrepancy Remediation (50% of role):** You will research and resolve invoicing discrepancies between Omnidian and field service partners (FSPs) in the commercial business line. Using Salesforce and partner invoice data, you'll determine the source of discrepancies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to decide whether updates are needed in Salesforce or if partner conversations are required, and log all discrepancies systematically.
**Data Analysis and Process Improvement (50% of role):** You will analyze patterns in the invoice discrepancy log to identify root causes and systemic issues. Based on your findings, you'll create and propose standard operating procedures (SOPs) to leadership that address these issues proactively, preventing future invoicing problems before they occur.
The role emphasizes a consultant mindset—learning deeply about problems before proposing solutions. You'll work autonomously with trust and ownership, supported by cross-functional collaboration. The position offers the flexibility to work remotely, with an optional office in Seattle's historic Smith Tower if you're in the area.
