Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 / annual
Infleqtion is a global quantum technology company developing quantum computers, sensors, and networks to solve complex problems. The Inventory Manager leads daily warehouse operations and inventory control, ensuring materials are received, stored, tracked, and delivered accurately, safely, and on schedule.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee warehouse personnel and manage inventory records, cycle counts, shipping/receiving, and material traceability
- Maintain compliance with company policies and Government contract FAR requirements, including Government property accountability
- Work closely with procurement, quality, production, program management, and finance teams
- Resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Protect company and Government assets while improving processes to support operational efficiency and reliable program execution
- Lead physical inventories, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities
- Establish and maintain inventory controls protecting materials from loss, damage, theft, and misidentification
- Manage receiving, inspection, put-away, material handling, picking, kitting, staging, shipping, and returns processes
- Supervise warehouse personnel, set work priorities, develop procedures, and track productivity and on-time delivery
- Collaborate with Government and customer representatives on property management and compliance matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, operations, business, or related field (equivalent relevant experience considered)
- 5+ years of warehouse, inventory control, materials management, or logistics experience with supervisory or management responsibility
- Experience supporting Government or defense contracts and managing Government-furnished property (GFP) and contractor-acquired property per FAR requirements
- Demonstrated experience maintaining accurate, complete, auditable inventory and property records including receipt, issue, transfer, location, quantity, condition, and contract accountability
- Experience leading physical inventories, cycle counts, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- Ability to establish inventory controls protecting materials from loss, damage, deterioration, theft, misidentification, and unauthorized use
- Experience with receiving, inspection coordination, put-away, material handling, picking, kitting, staging, shipping, and returns
- Working knowledge of inventory traceability practices including lot, serial, batch, part-number, and revision/configuration control
- Proficiency with ERP, warehouse-management, inventory-control, barcode/RFID, and Microsoft Excel systems
- Experience supervising warehouse personnel, setting priorities, developing procedures, tracking productivity and accuracy
- Knowledge of safe material handling, storage, packaging, shipping, hazardous-material, and security practices
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across procurement, quality, engineering, manufacturing, program management, finance, and Government/customer teams
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience preparing for or supporting property-management-system audits, DCMA reviews, internal audits, or Government property administration
- Familiarity with Government property reporting, discrepancy reporting, loss/damage investigations, and contract closeout activities
- Experience handling controlled, sensitive, high-value, serialized, export-controlled, or mission-critical material
- APICS/ASCM certification such as CPIM or CLTD, or related credentials in warehouse, logistics, or supply-chain management
- Experience leading warehouse layout, process-improvement, lean, 5S, or automation initiatives
- Experience in aerospace, defense, electronics, manufacturing, or R&D regulated environments
