Anduril Industries is seeking an International Deployment Manager for its Air Defense team to lead mission-critical deployments in the Middle East. This role sits at the intersection of operations, customer success, and technical program management for advanced defense systems. You will orchestrate complex deployment events—including site installations, test and evaluation exercises, demonstrations, and training visits—managing hundreds of deployments annually. You'll lead cross-functional teams spanning hardware supply, logistics, engineering, and customer operations to achieve mission success. Responsibilities include meticulous deployment planning from site survey through installation, training, and sustainment; proactive risk mitigation; and continuous process improvement based on lessons learned. As the primary Anduril representative in a high-stakes overseas environment, you will build and maintain trust with military customers, industry partners, end users, and internal teams through clear communication, reliability, and professionalism. You'll operate independently, translating customer priorities and mission requirements into actionable insights for product and engineering teams. You will develop deep expertise in both customer mission requirements (threat profiles, regulatory constraints, rules of engagement, resource limitations) and Anduril's Family of Systems capabilities. You'll become a subject matter expert on sensor modalities, sensor fusion, power and networking requirements, and system performance across diverse threat and environmental scenarios. Your insights will directly shape product roadmap decisions and capability enhancements. Required: Advanced STEM degree or 4+ years of technical work experience in defense, national security, or aerospace. Proven project management skills, ability to lead peer-level technical teams, and demonstrated success in high-pressure, resource-constrained environments. Must be comfortable with independent decision-making, detail orientation, grit, and composure under pressure.
