Lambda is seeking a Senior Executive Business Partner to serve as a strategic operational leader supporting the executive team. This role goes beyond traditional executive assistant functions—it's about being a true strategic partner who anticipates needs, solves problems, and removes friction at the highest levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as an executive's right hand, anticipating needs and solving problems proactively
- Managing complex calendars, schedules, and logistics across multiple time zones
- Coordinating high-stakes meetings, preparing agendas, and managing follow-up
- Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Planning and managing executive travel with flexibility to adapt to changes
- Keeping critical projects and deliverables on track
- Supporting company communications through talking points preparation and scheduling
- Building and refining operational processes to support company growth
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of executive assistant or related experience in fast-growing tech companies
- Proven track record supporting leaders in dynamic, scaling environments
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with strong follow-through
- Top-notch communication abilities
- Comfort with ambiguity, change, and startup-pace execution
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and Zoom
The role requires presence in the San Francisco office 4 days per week (Tuesday is the designated work-from-home day).
