- Leading Kela's internal operations including infrastructure, resources, services, and processes
- Managing a team of Facilities & Operations Managers and embedded Operations personnel across projects
- Collecting cross-company requirements from project teams and ensuring necessary infrastructure and resources are in place

- Managing vendor and service provider relationships
- Coordinating with authorities and military organizations to support field trials, demonstrations, and organizational activities
- Identifying operational gaps and independently building practical, lean solutions and processes
This is ideal for someone comfortable owning diverse internal functions, managing people and resources, and solving problems where established playbooks don't exist. The role requires both strategic thinking and operational execution in a defense technology environment.
