VTS is seeking an Integrations Support Advisor to own the health and reliability of lease integrations connecting the VTS platform to property management and accounting systems (Yardi, MRI, SAP, JDE, and custom APIs). This role sits at the critical intersection between customers' source systems and the VTS platform, requiring both technical depth and customer-facing communication.
Key responsibilities include:
**Integration Monitoring & Proactive Resolution**: Monitor active integrations for failures, stalled syncs, and missed feeds. Identify and resolve issues—such as failed nightly imports, processing bottlenecks, or missing ETL files—before customers report them. Success means every integration stays active and data integrity is maintained.
**Data Integrity Investigation**: Investigate and fix discrepancies between VTS and source systems, including mismatched square footage, missing or duplicated leases, orphaned records, incorrect rent or lease terms, and unit/space mapping errors. Trace root causes across the integration pipeline rather than applying surface-level fixes.
**Customer Support Queue Management**: Respond to inbound tickets covering the full integration lifecycle—API credential and access requests, asset archiving and disposition processing, source ID/BU remapping, stacking and site plan corrections, and system version upgrades/migrations.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Engineering to escalate systemic bugs, with Account Management to keep customers informed during technical issues, and directly with customers' IT and property management teams to resolve credential, connectivity, and data-mapping problems.
**Process Automation & Scaling**: Identify recurring or templated request types (e.g., monthly orphaned-lease cleanup, batch asset archiving) and work with the team to streamline or automate them, reducing manual ticket volume.
**Required Qualifications**: 3+ years of technical support, integrations, or SaaS support experience. Comfort with APIs, credentials, SQL, and structured data (SFTP/ETL feeds, JSON/XML payloads). Familiarity with commercial real estate systems (Yardi, MRI) and CRE leasing concepts (leases, dispositions, stacking plans, rent rolls). Strong pattern recognition and ability to triage high-volume ticket queues. Clear communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
**Preferred**: AI-first instinct—using AI tools to triage tickets, draft root-cause analyses, or prototype fixes. Evidence of having built scripts, n8n flows, or AI-based tools to close operational gaps.
