LightForce is transforming orthodontics through a fully digital, 3D-printed platform that delivers customized, patient-specific brackets paired with AI-driven treatment planning. As an Integration Specialist, you will drive onboarding, adoption, and growth of the LightForce system within orthodontic practices across your territory.
You will serve as a clinical and operational expert, working closely with orthodontists and practice staff to modernize their workflows and maximize the value of the LightForce platform. Your responsibilities include conducting thorough "current state" assessments of target practices, developing customized adoption roadmaps, delivering clinical training both virtually and in-person, and fostering strong relationships with practice teams. You will collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities and accelerate case volume and revenue.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical support to doctors during LightForce onboarding and full system integration
- Delivering training and presentations to customers and internal teams to maximize implementation and utilization
- Leading new customer onboarding strategy, resource development, and integration efforts
- Working strategically with sales, marketing, and commercial support to prioritize opportunities
- Serving as a clinical mentor to internal and external partners on best practices
- Staying engaged with orthodontic industry organizations to track trends and changes
- Providing clinical input for product development and software enhancements
- Using data and analytics to support customer decision-making
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and communication skills
- Independently managing travel logistics and expense reporting
This role requires significant travel (up to 50% via plane) and the ability to work independently while maintaining a customer-focused, strategic mindset.
**Requirements:**
- Clinical certification in dentistry or orthodontics (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience specifically in orthodontics
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time via plane
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, resourceful, and strong problem-solver
- Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and collaborative team player
