LightForce is transforming orthodontics through a fully digital, 3D-printed platform that delivers customized, patient-specific brackets paired with AI-driven treatment planning. As an Integration Specialist, you will drive the onboarding, adoption, and growth of LightForce's orthodontic system within orthodontic practices.
You will leverage clinical expertise and deep knowledge of orthodontic office processes and workflows to identify growth opportunities and accelerate revenue and case volume. Working collaboratively with the sales team, you will perform thorough customer assessments, create defined adoption pathways, and facilitate full system integration through tailored training and process implementation. You will build influential relationships with doctors and staff by providing clinical and operational insights that inspire them to modernize and grow their practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical support to doctors during LightForce onboarding and integration
- Fostering positive relationships with entire practice teams through consultative collaboration
- Delivering clinical training and presentations virtually and in-person to customers and internal audiences
- Leading new customer onboarding training strategy and resource development
- Working strategically with sales, marketing, and commercial support to prioritize opportunities
- Serving as a clinical mentor to internal and external partners on best practices
- Staying engaged with orthodontic industry organizations to track trends and changes
- Providing clinical input for product development and software enhancements
- Using data and analytics to support customer decision-making
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational and communication skills
- Independently managing travel logistics within company guidelines
Requirements:
- Clinical certification in dentistry or orthodontics (RDH, EF, CDA, RDA, LDA, or equivalent)
- 5+ years of relevant work experience specifically in orthodontics
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50% of the time via plane
- Self-motivated, eager to learn, resourceful, and strong problem-solver
- Reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and collaborative team player
