As an Integration Specialist, you will coordinate and manage the customer onboarding process from initial kick-off through platform launch. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, creating work-back schedules and guiding them through implementation. Your responsibilities include becoming an expert on the PartnerStack platform, training customers on platform features, documenting key decisions for future reference, and conducting discovery conversations to understand partner experiences, goals, and pain points.
You will work cross-functionally across the organization to ensure customers launch their programs effectively. This role requires you to continuously learn about new platform features and suggest product improvements based on customer feedback. You'll focus on finding innovative ways to improve processes and deliver measurable value to clients while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in customer experience, project coordination, implementations, or related roles
- Previous experience in the partnerships space
- Solid understanding of SaaS businesses and commitment to staying current with industry trends
- Ability to communicate effectively and convey value to customers with clarity
- Self-starter who can learn on the job and thrive in fast-paced environments
