Plaid is seeking an Integration Operations Program Manager to own end-to-end operational governance for the company's bank integrations, integration upgrades, and PD3 migrations. You will serve as the operational backbone for 10–20 active integration and migration programs at any given time, coordinating across engineering, product, and partner teams to drive execution from planning through launch.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining master timelines, institution status trackers, risk/decision logs, and launch readiness checklists. You'll drive structured risk, issue, and escalation management, provide regular high-signal status updates to leadership, and coordinate milestones and dependencies across multiple technical teams (Access, PD3/ProFound, DPR, Data Access). As the program scales, you'll help lead Charged Access operational coordination and own the operational relationship between the NEA (Network Enablement) team and Support, ensuring priority alignment and joint initiatives stay on track.
You'll design and govern repeatable processes for how integrations and migrations are scoped, planned, executed, and launched. After complex launches, you'll run retrospectives and fold learnings back into operational processes. The role requires building the artifacts, communication rhythms, and governance structures that give leaders and stakeholders reliable visibility into what's on track, at risk, and needs attention.
Plaid powers financial connectivity for millions of users across thousands of companies (Venmo, SoFi, Fortune 500 firms, major banks). The company's network covers 12,000 financial institutions across the US, Canada, UK, and Europe. You'll be part of the Engineering Operations team, which spans AI Ops, Eng Ops, FinOps, and Network Enablement operations.
