Salary: USD 70,000 - 78,000 / annual
Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency blending tech expertise, creative talent, and media/data specialists to drive client growth and innovation. As an Integrated Producer reporting to the Senior Integrated Production Director, you will manage production workflows, timelines, and asset delivery for one of the agency's fastest-growing accounts focused on entertainment social brand and editorial content.
You will serve as one of three project leads, collaborating with Client Management, Social Content Managers, and the Production team. Your core responsibilities include mastering schedule creation and production resourcing, managing the briefing process, coordinating video and design asset distribution, and leading cross-discipline teams across internal and external partners (including offshore agencies).
Key duties involve navigating client requests while balancing external and internal requirements, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, managing project budgets, monitoring scope changes, tracking client Purchase Orders, and overseeing invoice management to ensure financial health. You'll develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor who understands their business needs and adds measurable value.
This hybrid role requires one day per week in-person attendance at the Los Angeles client office. You'll work with project management software and G Suite, with Mac Suite proficiency as a plus. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of two years' experience in a creative agency production or project management role, with demonstrated success on social media-focused and/or entertainment clients. You're comfortable leading cross-functional teams, coordinating with external partners, and implementing process improvements to streamline workflows and automation.
