Outmarket.AI is hiring an Insurance Operations Specialist to drive adoption and operational success for commercial insurance agencies, brokerages, and MGAs using their AI-powered platform. This is a client-facing role that bridges product and customer operations. You will own adoption and enablement outcomes for a portfolio of agency and brokerage clients. Your core responsibilities include learning each client's workflows across submissions, certificates, endorsements, renewals, and servicing; identifying adoption stalls and diagnosing root causes; designing and delivering interventions including retraining, workflow redesign, and champion development; delivering training sessions ranging from small teams to large rollouts; building enablement materials such as quick-reference guides, onboarding checklists, and adoption playbooks; triaging and documenting technical issues; and partnering with Client Success Managers on onboarding, business reviews, renewals, and expansion conversations. You will act as an extension of your client's operations team, using your insurance domain knowledge to help teams work better. The role has a direct path to Client Success Manager as you build toward your own book of business. Required qualifications: 3+ years in an insurance agency, brokerage, or carrier environment (account management, client service, operations, underwriting support, claims, or similar); strong working knowledge of agency operations and systems like AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, or Nexsure; demonstrated ability to drive process change and tool adoption; strong written and verbal communication skills; and comfort operating in ambiguity. Bonus qualifications include P&C license or designations (CISR, CIC, CPCU); training or enablement experience; exposure to employee benefits; and startup or high-change environment experience. This is an early-stage company where the pace is fast, priorities shift, and you will help build training curriculum and adoption playbooks from the ground up. The role requires proactive problem-solving and ownership—identifying what clients need before they ask. It is not a fit for those seeking tightly defined lanes, highly scripted playbooks, or reactive work.
