Enpal, Europe's first green unicorn founded in Berlin in 2017 and operating in Italy since 2023, is seeking an Install Partner Manager (Operations Specialist) for its Tirana office. The company has built trust with over 100,000 satisfied customers by providing comprehensive renewable energy solutions including solar installations, EV charging stations, and heat pumps integrated with cutting-edge technology and premium digital experiences.
In this back-office operations role, you will serve as the primary support contact for Enpal's installation partner network. Your responsibilities include providing technical assistance to partners on the Zuper platform and billing systems, managing partner support tickets and resolving issues promptly, onboarding new installation partners and ensuring smooth integration, assigning and monitoring installation slots for partner installers, collecting and organizing required collaboration documentation, managing escalations for expired documents, approving partner invoices, and creating standardized templates for invoices and quality control plans.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Tirana (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00, weekends off). You will work in a dynamic, rapidly growing international environment with opportunities for professional development and the chance to contribute to a successful European green energy story.
Requirements:
- Fluent Italian language skills (C1 level, written and spoken) — mandatory
- Prior experience in back-office operations or similar roles
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong teamwork and adaptability in dynamic environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time, on-site availability in Tirana
