Rapyd is a global fintech platform unifying payments, payouts, and financial services across 8+ international offices. As Information Systems Manager, you will lead enterprise-wide information systems strategy and execution with global scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global enterprise information systems and migrations across all Rapyd subsidiaries worldwide
- Oversee and manage multiple ERP systems (including NetSuite transitions) and complex, multi-country implementation projects
- Manage CRM platforms across the organization, including Salesforce and HubSpot
- Spearhead strategy and execution for AI-related Information Systems initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships, software renewals, and contract negotiations for IS tools
- Develop and execute testing, change management, and user training plans globally
- Provide ongoing post-deployment support and assistance to end users
- Oversee hundreds of information systems across the organization
- Grow and manage the IS team, including IS developers, ensuring ongoing support for in-house tools
- Own and manage all business processes and provide technical support
