Zscaler is seeking an Information Systems Engineer to join its IT Digital Employee department in Bangalore (hybrid). You will design, implement, and support the company's global end-user computing (EUC) environment across Windows, macOS, BYOD, and mobile platforms, reporting to the Manager of End User Engineering.
Key responsibilities include deploying and maintaining corporate-managed endpoints aligned with Zscaler's security baselines and Zero Trust principles; executing vulnerability management workflows using CrowdStrike and Zscaler UVM (Avalor); triaging and tracking risk remediation via Jira and ServiceNow; monitoring system performance and user satisfaction using Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) and Omnissa; conducting root cause analysis on complex endpoint issues and documenting SOPs and runbooks; and contributing to technical initiatives such as platform upgrades, virtualization pilots, and security tool rollouts.
You will collaborate closely with IT, Security, and Platform Engineering teams to balance operational escalations with high-value engineering projects, balancing security with user productivity.
Required qualifications: 4+ years in enterprise EUC, endpoint management, or desktop engineering in cloud-first environments; deep proficiency in Windows and macOS administration; hands-on experience with UEM platforms (CrowdStrike, Jamf, Microsoft Intune/MEM, Workspace ONE, ServiceNow); proven track record in vulnerability management and patch compliance at enterprise scale; strong technical diagnostic skills across device security, OS performance, network stacks, and hardware; solid foundation in Zero Trust architecture; excellent stakeholder communication; and foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies with experience leveraging AI-driven solutions. Flexibility for after-hours on-call support during major incidents is expected.
