Aidoc, a market leader in healthcare AI with a clinical frontier model supporting nearly 50 million patients annually, is seeking an Information Delivery & Visualization Engineer to join its Enterprise Decision Intelligence (EDI) team. The EDI function serves as the company's strategy and analytics backbone, supporting C-suite and Board decision-making through deep-dive analyses and company-wide KPI governance.
In this role, you will own the transformation of Aidoc's reporting infrastructure from manually built slide decks to live, polished, trusted dashboards and self-service analytics. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, People, Clinical, and R&D to design and build custom, interactive dashboards in Databricks that go far beyond template charts—including custom visuals, tailored layouts, drill-downs, and scenario toggles tailored to each audience's decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
**Dashboards & Self-Service Analytics:** Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards that make KPIs and deep-dive findings available to executives and teams company-wide. This is bespoke work requiring custom visuals and purpose-built interactive views.
**From Slide Decks to Live Insights:** Upgrade recurring manual KPI decks for the C-suite and Board with automated, always-up-to-date dashboards.
**Enablement:** Train and support stakeholders across the company to answer their own questions, and track adoption to drive continuous improvement.
**Own the Foundations:** Lead creation and upkeep of the company's KPI dictionary and data catalog with clear definitions, owners, and calculation logic. Own improving data integrity as Aidoc scales to enterprise-grade rigor. Work with stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists to define new KPIs.
You'll set the standard for how data is presented at Aidoc and learn from a small, senior team of data engineering, data science, and BI experts. The role offers real ownership and visibility, with intentionally broad scope for growth across the data stack.
The company operates on a hybrid model from offices at 34 HaMasger Street in Tel Aviv with parking for employees.
**Requirements:**
- Over 5 years of experience in BI development, data visualization, analytics engineering, or similar role
- Hands-on experience building dashboards in a modern BI tool (Databricks, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar), including custom-built work beyond default templates and standard chart types
- Strong eye for design: ability to turn complex data into clear visuals that executives can read in seconds
- Business understanding: drive to ask why a KPI matters, not just how to chart it
- Clear communicator with both technical and executive audiences; full professional English
- Great collaboration skills: ability to build trust and partner easily with many teams, gather requirements, align on definitions, and handle competing priorities with patience and good judgment
- Ownership mindset: self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and building from scratch under guidance
- Versatile and curious: enjoy variety in building, documenting, cleaning data, and working with stakeholders; take pride in behind-the-scenes work that makes data trustworthy
**Nice to Have:**
- Databricks experience
- Strong SQL and solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing
- Working proficiency in Python for data manipulation
- Experience with ETL pipelines and cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience with SaaS or healthcare metrics (e.g., ARR, ACV, clinical KPIs)
- Front-end or UX/UI design experience (e.g., D3, Plotly, or similar custom visualization libraries)
- Basic statistics for KPI and metric development
