The Global Payroll Operations team is expanding rapidly to serve employers and employees worldwide. This role is a critical hire focused on developing and executing new capabilities for India-specific payroll operations.
As the India Payroll Operations Specialist, you will own all operational aspects for the India market, manage relationships with external partners, and drive expansion into new customer segments and geographies. You will bring country-specific payroll expertise to support the development of Rippling's natively built payroll software.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning all operational aspects of payroll operations across India
- Managing external partner relationships and vendor coordination
- Driving expansion into new customer segments and geographies within India
- Providing critical country-specific payroll expertise to inform product development
- Cross-departmental collaboration with product, engineering, and customer success teams
- Supporting the integration of India payroll capabilities into Rippling's broader platform
This role requires deep understanding of Indian payroll regulations, tax compliance, and employment law. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure Rippling's payroll software meets India-specific requirements and customer needs.
