Anthropic is seeking a Technical Program Manager specializing in Incident Management for the Detection & Response (D&R) team. This senior-level role focuses on owning and growing incident management capabilities within the security organization.
You will own the complete incident response lifecycle, from initial detection and triage through containment, remediation, and post-incident review. A key part of this responsibility involves gathering data on incident trends, analyzing patterns and root causes, and collaborating across engineering, security, infrastructure, and product teams to ensure systemic improvements are implemented organization-wide.
Beyond day-to-day incident management, you will drive organizational learning from incidents, ensuring that each event becomes an opportunity for improvement. You'll work with multiple technical teams to translate incident insights into preventive measures and process enhancements.
