In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for third-party logistics (3PL) partners and manage critical warehouse operations. Your responsibilities include creating Advanced Shipping Notices (ASNs) for incoming shipments in the warehouse management system, managing SKU data including creation of new products prior to launches, and monitoring all inbound shipments to reconcile discrepancies. You will track 3PL performance against service level agreements, create weekly performance summary reports, and manage projects at 3PL facilities such as kitting and B2B pack-out operations.
You will analyze shipment, order, and inventory data to identify operational efficiencies, help document and improve supply chain processes, and support key initiatives driving continuous improvement across the logistics network.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and warehouse management software
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Proactive and self-motivated mindset
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
