Salary: USD 48,500 - 68,400 / annual
SmithRx is a venture-backed healthtech company disrupting the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) sector with a next-generation drug acquisition platform. The company has onboarded hundreds of thousands of members since 2016 and is rapidly growing.
As an Implementation Support Specialist, you will join the Customer Success team to support core implementation functions and ensure high-quality product delivery. You will serve as the main point of contact for TPAs (external clients) during new group implementations, managing the full lifecycle from requirements gathering through post-launch optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as primary liaison for TPA clients during new group implementations
- Gathering and documenting TPA requirements (contacts, timelines, account structures, group numbers, invoicing, ID cards, eligibility files)
- Maintaining detailed project plans and open items logs for monitoring
- Coordinating day-to-day tasks for pods of Implementation Managers and Specialists
- Performing data entry and administrative support for new group implementations
- Building client profiles in CRM tools
- Liaising between internal contracting, invoicing, and implementation teams
- Providing go-live support to implementation teams and clients
- Participating in post-launch reviews to identify performance improvements
- Managing high-volume tasks with attention to detail and deadline adherence
- Participating in internal and external client meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred
- Experience coordinating complex tasks across multiple projects and clients
- Experience in a customer service role
- Corporate experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (required)
- Proficiency in Google platform/apps (preferred)
- Proficiency using Salesforce
- Strong communication skills (face-to-face, conference calls, written)
- Strong team orientation and desire to succeed
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to respond under pressure in a fast-paced tech company
- Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple projects with efficiency and ownership
