H Company is a next-generation AI research and product company pioneering autonomous, agentic AI systems. The Implementation Strategist serves as the strategic link between customers and the engineering team, identifying high-impact customer problems and deploying the right AI agents to automate and optimize tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze customer data to identify the most important and impactful multi-step tasks to automate
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers to seamlessly integrate H's solutions into customer environments
- Coordinate training sessions to ensure optimal solution usage and adoption
- Build and deliver product demos and present results to strategic stakeholders
- Travel up to 50% for on-site deployments and customer engagements
The role bridges customer needs with product capabilities, helping shape the future vision of H's platform by distilling field learnings into product improvements. You'll work with a distributed team across France, the UK, and the US, with this position based in the US (preferably San Francisco Bay Area, New York, or Austin).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience selling and implementing complex IT solutions to customers
- Double curriculum in Business and Engineering school preferred
- Technical experience with AI/ML systems appreciated
- Fluency in at least one backend language (Python, Go, Node.js, Java) in addition to English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in ambiguous, customer-facing environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bias for action—ability to ship quickly, iterate fast, and own the full lifecycle of solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 50% for on-site deployments and customer engagements
