The company automates travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and related workflows to eliminate shadow work and boost productivity. As an Implementation Specialist for the UKI market, you will be the primary point of contact for Premium and Pro customers during their onboarding journey. You'll own the entire implementation lifecycle, from initial signup through successful platform launch and beyond. Your responsibilities include: - Serving as the first impression and trusted advisor for customers, understanding their unique needs through consultative conversations - Designing and executing tailored onboarding strategies that address both immediate travel requirements and long-term success - Configuring customer accounts to specifications, managing integrations, and providing technical troubleshooting - Coordinating and delivering training sessions for customer stakeholders, from end-users to executives - Creating rollout plans, project timelines, and change management strategies to drive adoption - Monitoring post-implementation customer behavior and proactively offering recommendations - Directing internal team resources and serving as the subject matter expert for change management within your customer portfolio - Collaborating across the Revenue organization and other departments on alignment initiatives You'll combine platform expertise with strong stakeholder management skills to bridge customer expectations with Perk's capabilities. The role requires a change management mindset, consultative approach, and ability to influence customer organizations toward successful adoption. You'll mentor team members and exemplify best practices across the Implementation team. Required: 1+ years of relevant professional experience in implementation, sales, customer care, account management, project management, or related roles. Demonstrated track record of exceeding targets and delivering complex projects. Fluent English with strong communication skills. Tech-savvy with understanding of basic technical concepts (integrations, APIs) but expertise not required. Customer-first mentality with continuous improvement mindset.
