Salary: USD 79,000 - 91,000 / annual

The company automates travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and related tasks to eliminate shadow work and boost productivity. As an Implementation Specialist on the Travel team, you will be responsible for onboarding Premium and Pro customers onto the TravelPerk platform, guiding them from signup to full launch. You'll serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, ensuring clients are technically configured and ready to use the platform effectively. Key responsibilities include: - Providing the first impression of TravelPerk and serving as the lead contact during customer onboarding - Conducting consultative conversations to understand client requirements and deliver data-driven best practice recommendations - Managing platform rollouts for new clients, including creating guides, templates, and adoption strategies - Coordinating and conducting training sessions for admins, travelers, and executive stakeholders - Providing technical support for integrations with marketplace partners and custom API solutions - Monitoring post-implementation client behavior and proactively offering support and recommendations - Collaborating across Sales, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams - Analyzing implementation processes to identify continuous improvements You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders. The role requires strong project and change management skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. You'll need to communicate effectively with C-level executives and adapt your approach across all organizational levels, both internally and externally. Perk operates on an IRL-first model with 3 days per week in-office at their Boston hub. The company has 1,800+ employees across 12 global offices and was founded in 2015.
