Perk (formerly TravelPerk) is an intelligent platform for travel and spend management that automates bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and more. The company serves over 12,000 customers globally and employs 1,800+ people across 12 offices.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding Premium and Pro customers onto the TravelPerk platform, taking them from signup to full launch. You'll provide administrative, technical, and educational support to ensure clients are fully prepared to use the platform for business travel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first point of contact for clients during implementation, providing the initial impression of TravelPerk
- Conducting consultative conversations to collect client requirements and deliver data-driven best practice recommendations
- Managing platform rollouts by providing guides, templates, and adoption recommendations
- Coordinating and conducting training sessions for admins, travelers, and executive-level stakeholders
- Providing technical support for integrations with marketplace partners and custom API solutions
- Monitoring client booking behavior post-implementation and proactively offering support
- Collaborating across Revenue (Sales, Account Management), Product, Engineering, and Finance teams
- Analyzing implementation work to identify process improvements for yourself and the team
- Embracing continuous improvement and evolving with the organization
You'll work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment managing multiple stakeholders internally and externally. The role requires strong project and change management skills, excellent problem-solving, keen attention to detail, and proactive identification of improvement opportunities.
Perk operates on an in-person-first model with 3 days per week in office, requiring you to be based within commuting distance of their Chicago hub. The company offers relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
