Salary: USD 65,972 - 72,000 / annual

Imagine Learning, a leading provider of digital-first K–12 curriculum solutions, is seeking a full-time Implementation Specialist to support StudySync, their grades 6-12 digital curriculum platform. This remote-based role reports to the Implementation Manager and focuses on account management, customer training, and regional sales support across California and nationwide. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee implementation and management of account needs for assigned regional accounts, with support for nationwide accounts as needed - Design and deliver sales presentations, product training, and professional development sessions both in-person and via webinar - Communicate regularly with districts, school administrators, and teachers to ensure successful program implementation and customer success - Utilize Salesforce to track account data, sales opportunities, contacts, and communication - Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer requests - Lead online live chat and public webinar sessions for customers and prospects - Manage pro-active account lifecycle support from initial interest through sales presentations, onboarding, and renewal - Collaborate with sales and distribution partners to support training and sales needs - Assist with team projects including webinars, training development, and collateral creation - Maintain flexible schedule for customer training and travel to meetings and presentations Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution plus at least 5 years' experience in K-12 education (classroom or administrative), or equivalent combination of education and experience - Knowledge of current educational standards and effective teaching practices - Familiarity with English Language Development (ELD) standards and instructional models, particularly within California - Experience leading professional development and/or product training - Proficiency with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite - Strong communication, organization, public speaking, and problem-solving skills - Ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and tasks simultaneously - Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and clean driving record (39+ months) - Ability to travel 40% of the time, up to 75% during peak season (3-4 business days/week), primarily within California Preferred: Grades 6-12 and ELA background. Candidates must reside in California to facilitate travel requirements.
