As an Implementation Specialist for Payroll, you will be a foundational member of Rippling's growing Payroll Implementation team. You will partner with the company's largest US and global customers to guide them through complex payroll implementations, including GL configuration, tax setup, job codes, and time & attendance integration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become a Rippling Payroll product expert within 30 days and serve as the go-to resource for clients
- Establish yourself as a payroll subject matter expert for internal Rippling teams within 60 days
- Work as a trusted implementation partner with HR and Finance departments at enterprise customers
- Navigate complex and unique payroll scenarios across diverse organizational structures
- Support new product launches and country expansions
- Build internal training resources and lead customer Office Hours sessions
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve product, enablement, and customer experience
