As an Implementation Specialist, IT, you will be a foundational member of Rippling's growing IT Implementation team, partnering with the company's largest US and global customers. Your primary responsibility is to work with enterprise customers' IT departments to understand their requirements and guide them through adoption of Rippling's Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become a subject matter expert on Rippling's IT offering within 30 days (client-facing) and 60 days (internal)
- Serve as a trusted implementation partner to enterprise clients, managing an evolving book of business
- Act as the internal go-to resource for all IT solution-related matters
- Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to improve product adoption and customer experience
- Guide and train customers on platform capabilities and best practices
- Manage implementation timelines and ensure successful deployments
