As an Implementation Specialist focused on the French market, you will be the primary point of contact for onboarding Premium and Pro customers onto the Perk platform. You'll guide customers from signup through launch, providing consultative, administrative, technical, and educational support to ensure successful adoption and long-term value realization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the first impression and primary contact for customers during implementation
- Defining onboarding strategies and leading change management within customer organizations
- Conducting consultative conversations to understand customer requirements and pain points
- Executing platform configuration, account setup, and integration support
- Developing and delivering tailored rollout plans that address immediate and long-term needs
- Coordinating and conducting training sessions for customer stakeholders at all levels
- Monitoring post-implementation customer behavior and proactively offering recommendations
- Managing project timelines and acting as the subject matter expert for change management
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful customer outcomes
- Driving adoption through persuasive communication and data-driven best practice recommendations
You'll need 1+ years of relevant professional experience in implementation, sales, customer care, account management, project management, or related roles. Fluency in French and English is essential, along with strong communication skills. You should demonstrate a track record of exceeding targets, managing complex projects, and maintaining a customer-first mentality. While you'll need to understand basic technical concepts around integrations and APIs, deep technical expertise is not required.
