Odyssey partners with state agencies to design, launch, and operate Education Savings Account (ESA) and grant programs. ESA programs are one of the fastest-growing public education initiatives in the U.S., giving families direct control over education funding to choose learning experiences that fit their child's needs—from schools and tutors to therapy, curriculum, and technology. As an Implementation Specialist, you'll be a core member of an implementation pod working alongside an Implementation Manager to drive customer outcomes from onboarding through long-term success. You'll own meaningful workstreams end-to-end, managing stakeholder relationships, executing deployment projects, and ensuring every customer launch delivers clear, tangible value from day one. Key responsibilities include: ensuring customers see Odyssey as an indispensable partner; owning and executing projects across new and existing customers while keeping timelines and stakeholders aligned; building strong, trust-based relationships with assigned customer stakeholders; contributing to a scalable deployment playbook by applying proven approaches; and proactively surfacing risks and blockers to keep implementations moving forward. You are a creative problem solver who digs in and finds a path forward without waiting for answers. You communicate excellently, translating complex plans into clear, actionable messaging for internal teams and external stakeholders. You have 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, implementation, or customer success, and you thrive in early-stage startup environments where ambiguity is the norm. You possess solid technical acumen—comfortable working within technical systems and analyzing data to drive decisions. Experience with SQL, Excel, or similar tools is a strong plus. You're a collaborative team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine drive to improve. You must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
