LevPro, now part of Octus, is a modern operating system for leveraged credit asset managers that modernizes a $1.5 trillion finance sector by replacing manual spreadsheet workflows with AI-powered data, nomenclature, and workflow solutions.
As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients, guiding them from signed contract through scoping, implementation, and into a strong long-term partnership. You will configure the LevPro platform (Research Management, Trading Tools/OMS, Portfolio Management, Compliance) around each client's workflows, manage data migrations and back-office interfaces, and train new users to hit the ground running.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, from scoping and project kickoff through go-live, keeping projects on schedule and within scope
- Translate client workflows and requirements into system configuration, documenting and explaining details to clients
- Coordinate and test third-party integrations with engineering and external partners
- Lead training sessions and build documentation/FAQs for client independence
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues while keeping stakeholders informed
- Partner with sales to ensure seamless handoffs and strong client relationships
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation tools, processes, and products
You will work cross-functionally with sales, data, customer success, and product development teams to identify and support the best solutions for clients.
