Hostie is a restaurant operations platform that acts as a virtual concierge, automating guest communication, reservations, events, and takeout management. As an Implementation Specialist, you will own the end-to-end onboarding experience for new restaurant customers, from initial kickoff through go-live. Your responsibilities include configuring and testing each account to ensure Hostie accurately reflects the restaurant's voice, menu, hours, and policies from day one. You'll communicate clearly and warmly with restaurant owners and staff—many of whom are not technical—via email, phone, and text.
You'll troubleshoot setup and integration issues across POS systems, reservation platforms, and other connected services. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate technical concepts into language that non-technical restaurant operators can understand. You'll be the primary point of contact ensuring smooth transitions and customer success during the critical onboarding phase.
