FirmPilot is a venture-backed growth platform serving law firms with AI-driven insights, marketing automation, and performance analytics. The Implementation Specialist owns the complete client onboarding journey, from post-sale handoff through full deployment and ongoing success.
In this role, you will lead new client implementations by coordinating cross-functional resources, setting expectations, and configuring platform access. You'll manage the full setup lifecycle from technical kickoffs through go-live milestones, customizing marketing automation flows, contact integrations, domain settings, and conversion tracking to meet each firm's needs. A key responsibility is translating complex digital marketing and technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for legal teams unfamiliar with these systems.
Beyond initial launch, you'll provide proactive post-onboarding support through check-ins, adjustments, and troubleshooting. You'll offer technical guidance on web integrations, intake systems, and third-party tool connections. Documentation is critical—you'll maintain detailed implementation records including status updates, outstanding items, and resolution logs for each client.
You'll also identify patterns in client feedback and collaborate with Product and Success teams to continuously improve implementation efficiency and satisfaction. This is a fast-paced role requiring strong organizational skills to juggle multiple client timelines, comfort working across Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams, and a genuine client-first mindset.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years in implementation, client onboarding, or technical account management. Experience with web platforms, CRM tools, form builders, analytics, or martech is expected. Bonus qualifications include familiarity with HTML, Google Analytics, WordPress, Elementor, Callrail, startup/SaaS environments, or legal/professional services industries.
