Salary: GBP 32,000 - 45,000 / annual
AccuRx is a digital healthcare platform used by 98% of UK GP practices and 68% of NHS Trusts. The company provides integrated communication and workflow tools including Total Triage (patient demand management), Self-Book (appointment scheduling), Patient Questionnaires (long-term condition management), Accumail (staff-to-staff communication), and Accurx Scribe (AI-powered clinical note-taking).
As an Implementation Specialist, you will drive adoption and scaling of Accurx products—particularly Scribe—across NHS organizations. Your responsibilities include:
• Conducting training sessions for end users on Accurx products, delivered online or in-person across NHS settings, with sessions ranging from 30–300 participants
• Demonstrating full product functionality and staying current with regular product updates and new features
• Designing, building, and testing new training content, with autonomy to innovate delivery methods
• Leveraging data, automation, and AI to improve training effectiveness and user outcomes
You will work with healthcare professionals across the NHS, building genuine relationships and partnerships to ensure confident product adoption. The role requires versatility—working independently and collaboratively—and a commitment to the company's mission of solving healthcare productivity challenges.
The company operates an office-first culture with 3 days per week in the Shoreditch office (core hours 10am–4pm) and flexible working arrangements. You'll have 28 days holiday plus bank holidays, and up to 4 weeks annual remote work allowance.
