Salary: USD 80,000 - 120,000 / annual
Veeva Systems, a $3B+ public benefit corporation and industry cloud pioneer in life sciences, is hiring Implementation Project Managers for Ostro, a specialized AI-driven business division focused on brand engagement for pharmaceutical and life sciences companies.
In this role, you will own end-to-end software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary bridge between internal cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) and external clients. You'll manage 5–10 concurrent SaaS implementations on fast-paced 6–12 week timelines, using critical path analysis and proactive risk management to keep projects on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex software implementations with clear stakeholder communication and coordination
- Configuring client applications using a no-code flow builder and conducting quality assurance testing
- Identifying project risks early and proposing alternative solutions to maintain delivery timelines
- Preparing annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions in the pharma context
- Guiding clients through onboarding, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring successful launches
You'll need 2–4 years of experience managing SaaS implementations, strong communication and organizational skills, and technical comfort with SaaS platforms and system integrations. Nice-to-have qualifications include PMP certification, MLR/PRC regulatory experience, healthcare technology background, or mentoring experience.
