Veeva Systems, a $3B+ public benefit corporation and industry cloud pioneer in life sciences, is hiring an Implementation Project Manager for Ostro, a specialized division focused on AI-driven brand engagement for healthcare companies.
In this role, you will own end-to-end software implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, serving as the primary bridge between internal cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Support) and external clients. You'll manage 5–10 concurrent SaaS implementations on fast-paced 6–12 week timelines, using critical path analysis and proactive risk management to keep projects on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing complex software implementations with clear stakeholder communication and guidance throughout the client onboarding lifecycle
- Configuring client applications using a no-code flow builder and conducting quality assurance testing prior to release
- Preparing annotations for MLR/PRC regulatory submissions in the pharma/life sciences context
- Identifying project risks early and proposing alternative solutions to maintain delivery timelines
- Troubleshooting issues and maintaining consistent communication to ensure successful launches
You'll need 2–4 years of experience managing concurrent SaaS implementations, strong communication and organizational skills, and technical comfort with SaaS platforms and one-way system integrations. Nice-to-have qualifications include PMP certification, experience with MLR/PRC regulatory submissions, healthcare technology or marketing agency background, and mentoring experience.
