As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will manage a portfolio of projects across Commercial, basic Enterprise, and complex Enterprise customers. You will work as part of the Implementation team alongside Implementation Consultants, Implementation Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful SaaS implementations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Working directly with customers and prospects to define project scope
- Developing and managing project plans for both standard and custom implementations
- Managing assigned project portfolios, including schedule, budget, issues, and risks
- Tracking project KPIs and work effort across your portfolio
- Providing portfolio-level and project-level reporting
- Managing customer expectations throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Mentoring less experienced team members on project planning
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:
- 3–5 years of project management experience or comparable work experience
- Experience working in high-growth startup environments
- Proficiency with both waterfall and agile delivery methodologies
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Experience with SaaS-based project tools (Jira, DevRev, or similar project management platforms)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience delivering complex implementations to SMB and Enterprise markets
- Demonstrated resilience and influencing capabilities
- PMI/PMP or Agile certification preferred
