As an Implementation Project Manager, you will own the implementation phase of the customer journey for enterprise healthcare clients. You'll manage multiple complex SaaS implementations in parallel, serving as the primary point of contact and driving end-to-end project delivery. Your responsibilities include building detailed project plans with clear milestones, proactively managing timelines, identifying and resolving blockers, and collaborating with GTM, Product, and Engineering teams.
You'll support customers through data exchange and system setup, ensuring they understand Medallion's data model and integration requirements. You'll need comfort with APIs, integrations, and system configurations sufficient to communicate effectively with technical teams. Beyond execution, you'll champion customer needs internally, create feedback loops between customers and product teams, and drive process improvements to scale the implementation function while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
The role reports to the Manager of Implementation. You'll work in a fast-paced environment with enterprise accounts and across Medallion's complete product suite. Success requires balancing multiple stakeholder needs, managing complex project dependencies, and building systems and tools to improve efficiency as the business scales.
