Latent Health is an AI-powered platform that helps healthcare systems unlock clinical data, streamline workflows, reduce clinician burden, and improve operational efficiency. The Implementation Project Manager will lead end-to-end onboarding and deployment projects for health systems adopting the Latent platform, driving timelines, coordination, communication, and successful activation across clinical, IT, integration, and operational stakeholders. You will own the full project lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and stabilization across a portfolio of health system customers. Key responsibilities include building and managing detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs; facilitating cross-functional meetings with customer IT, clinical operations, and technical teams; and serving as the primary project point of contact for exceptional communication and alignment. On the technical side, you'll coordinate collection and validation of required technical inputs (integration specifications, data feeds, configuration requirements), partner with Latent engineering, product, and clinical teams to ensure smooth handoffs, translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders, and monitor progress of integrations (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) while escalating blockers proactively. Operationally, you'll own project documentation including requirements tracking, decisions, status updates, risk mitigation plans, and post-go-live handoff materials. You'll build repeatable processes and contribute to the evolution of Latent's implementation playbooks, track and report project KPIs (activation timelines, milestone adherence, customer readiness), and ensure clean transitions to Support teams. You'll also build trusted relationships with clinical and operational leaders at customer sites, guide customers through workflow adoption and change-management planning, ensure stakeholders understand project expectations and responsibilities, and drive customer accountability to keep projects on track. SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE: Customers consistently launch on time and on budget with high satisfaction; clear, proactive communication minimizes surprises and escalations; implementation cycles shorten over time; cross-functional teams view you as a trusted coordinator; customers transition seamlessly to Customer Success with strong early adoption signals. REQUIREMENTS: Required: - 3-7 years of project management experience in healthcare, SaaS implementations, or health IT - Strong understanding of healthcare environments (clinical operations, IT workflows, data integrations) - Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously - Excellent communication, meeting facilitation, and stakeholder management skills - Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and navigate competing priorities - Experience with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com) - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment Preferred: - Experience implementing solutions with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech) - PMP, CSM, or other project management certification - Background in clinical workflow optimization or healthcare operations - Prior experience in Series A-C SaaS or health-tech companies
