Choco is a rapidly scaling SaaS platform that digitizes the food supply chain, automating orders and operations for food distributors. The company has achieved unicorn status (~$1.2B valuation) with $300M+ in funding and operates across 6 countries.
As Implementation Manager for the UK&I region, you will own the end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation lifecycle. You'll be the operational driver ensuring food distributors successfully launch on the Choco platform, adopt the product quickly, and realize value from day one.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the complete implementation journey from post-sale handoff through go-live and Customer Success transition
- Owning multiple concurrent customer implementations with clear delivery outcomes
- Acting as primary point of contact for customers, managing scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
- Leading customer kickoff meetings, onboarding sessions, and structured training programs
- Coordinating cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Solution Engineering
- Supporting technical integrations including APIs and ERP system connections
- Identifying risks early, removing blockers, and driving mitigation plans
- Tracking implementation performance metrics such as time-to-go-live and time-to-first-value
- Contributing to scalable onboarding frameworks, templates, documentation, and implementation playbooks
You bring 2-3+ years of SaaS implementation, customer onboarding, or project management experience. You excel at managing multiple projects simultaneously, have strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and thrive in fast-moving environments. Familiarity with APIs, ERP systems, and technical integrations is valuable. You're proactive, ownership-focused, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a high-growth startup setting. Fluent English (C1/C2 level) is required.
