As an Implementation Manager based in Sydney, you will lead end-to-end customer implementations, serving as the architect for initial success. You'll partner directly with SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customers to transform their HR and payroll operations, ensuring rapid time-to-value and high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the complete implementation journey from kick-off through go-live
- Leading consultative engagements with SMB and Mid-Market customers
- Managing implementation projects for Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts
- Driving adoption, maintaining high CSAT scores, and accelerating time to value
- Navigating complex requirements and building strong customer relationships
- Serving as a trusted advisor to help customers realize the full value of the Rippling platform
