Hippocratic AI is seeking an Implementation Manager for Providers to own end-to-end deployment of its voice AI platform across health systems and digital health customers. This role sits at the intersection of project management, technical configuration, and healthcare operations, ensuring each program launches correctly configured and on schedule.
You will own use case deployments from contract signature through go-live, serving as the primary project lead for provider implementation engagements. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining Implementation Charters documenting timelines, configuration decisions, data requirements, and sign-off criteria; configuring use cases including dialer setup, agent configuration, population filters, and workflow integration; coordinating with health system data and IT teams to define and validate patient data files and EHR integrations; and project-managing across diverse health system stakeholder teams including clinical operations, IT, and departmental leadership.
You will design agents that fit into clinical workflows and drive measurable outcomes across diverse use cases such as post-discharge follow-up, disease management, care gap identification, and preventive care. You'll define and refine Hippocratic AI's standard platform onboarding process for providers, architecting initial integrations and data pipelines that make each additional use case an activation rather than a new integration project. You will build and maintain the implementation playbook, documenting best practices across different provider types and EHR systems, creating reusable templates and checklists that accelerate future deployments.
By day 90, you will have successfully deployed your first health system use case from contract to go-live with complete documentation handed off to Customer Success. At 12 months, you will have deployed multiple use cases across different health systems, established Hippocratic AI's standard provider onboarding process, and become the trusted expert that internal teams and customers turn to for implementation guidance.
This is a remote role with significant field presence requiring 25–40% travel to client sites for deployments, stakeholder meetings, clinical workflow mapping, and go-live support. Periodic travel to Palo Alto headquarters is expected for team alignment and strategic planning.
