As an Implementation Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers implementing Rippling's suite of products across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, and IT platforms. You will work directly with clients to understand their unique business objectives and develop custom implementation plans tailored to their specific needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner one-on-one with clients to develop custom implementation plans and oversee product deployment across HR, Payroll, Benefits, IT, and other modules
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle end-to-end, consulting with customers on timelines and milestones to ensure alignment with operational requirements
- Drive product adoption by providing bespoke guidance, best practices, and strategic insights that help clients maximize platform capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer success
- Serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging deep product knowledge and commitment to customer experience to help clients realize full value from their investment
This role is critical to Rippling's differentiation in the market. You will combine technical acumen with strong customer-facing skills to guide complex implementations and ensure high adoption rates.
