As an Implementation Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for customers implementing Rippling's suite of products across HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, IT, and other modules. You will work directly with clients to understand their business objectives and develop custom implementation plans tailored to their needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner one-on-one with clients to create and execute custom implementation plans across Rippling's product suite, aligned with their specific business goals
- Manage the full implementation lifecycle end-to-end, setting and meeting milestones while ensuring alignment with customer timelines and operational requirements
- Drive product adoption by providing bespoke guidance, best practices, and strategic insights that help clients maximize platform capabilities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Account Management, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to ensure smooth handoffs and sustained customer success
- Consult with customers on configuration, data migration, process optimization, and change management
You will be responsible for ensuring customers realize the full value of their Rippling investment and become advocates for the platform. This role requires strong communication, project management, and product knowledge, combined with a genuine commitment to customer success.
