Hippocratic AI is seeking an Implementation Manager for Payors to own end-to-end deployment of its voice AI platform for health plan customers. This role bridges project management, technical configuration, and health plan operations, ensuring each program launches correctly configured and on schedule. You will own use case deployments from contract signature through go-live, serving as the primary project lead for health plan implementation engagements. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining Implementation Charters documenting timelines, configuration decisions, data requirements, and go-live checklists; configuring use cases including dialer setup, agent configuration, population filters, exclusion rules, call cadence, and routing logic; coordinating with health plan data and IT teams to define and validate member data files (eligibility pulls, risk stratification outputs, care gap flags); and project-managing across health plan stakeholder teams including population health, care management, clinical operations, Stars/HEDIS, IT, and vendor management. You will define and refine Hippocratic AI's standard platform onboarding process for health plans, architecting initial integrations, base data pipelines, member file schemas, and care management system connections. You'll build and maintain the implementation playbook, documenting best practices and creating reusable templates that accelerate future deployments. At go-live, you'll hand off complete deployment documentation to Customer Success. By day 90, you will have successfully deployed your first health plan use case from contract to go-live. At 12 months, you will have deployed multiple use cases across different health plans and established HAI's standard platform onboarding process. This is a remote role with significant field presence requiring 25–40% travel to client sites for deployments, stakeholder meetings, clinical workflow mapping, and go-live support. Periodic travel to Palo Alto headquarters is expected for team alignment and strategic planning.
