HeartFlow is a publicly traded medical technology company (HTFL) pioneering AI-driven solutions for coronary artery disease diagnosis and management. The company's flagship product, HeartFlow FFR_CT Analysis, is a non-invasive cardiac test that provides 3D visualization of coronary arteries and blood flow assessment, supported by ACC/AHA guidelines and deployed across the US, UK, Europe, Japan, and Canada with over 500,000 patient uses.
The Implementation Manager will lead customer onboarding and technology integration for HeartFlow's solutions. This is a field-based hybrid role covering the Mid-Atlantic region (Morristown, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC) with up to 50% travel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end implementation process for integrating HeartFlow technology into new customer hospital accounts
- Managing implementation projects for new products and features with commercial teams and customers
- Delivering clinically relevant training to end-users and commercial teams on HeartFlow products and CT data requirements
- Providing technical and clinical support for product inquiries and troubleshooting
- Documenting customer feedback, training outcomes, and resolutions in the CRM system
- Maintaining accurate implementation project pipelines with risk identification and timeline projections for leadership
- Designing solutions and tools to support commercial growth based on customer insights
- Leading customer teams through workflow mapping, process documentation, and validation (orders, scheduling, reading, billing)
- Ensuring Go-Live criteria are met and providing critical support during and post-activation
Required qualifications:
- BS, MS, or relevant degree in engineering or sciences
- 3+ years of experience in technical or clinical roles
- Knowledge of hospital operations and technology implementation
- Excellent communication skills across technical, clinical, and cultural backgrounds
- Ability to manage multiple projects and delegate to team members
- Healthcare IT knowledge (PACS, EMR, CVIS, HIPAA, PHI) or digital health technology experience
Preferred: Salesforce/CRM experience, cardiology clinical or imaging background.
