Rippling is a unified platform for HR, IT, and Finance that consolidates workforce systems including payroll, expenses, benefits, and device management. The company has raised $1.4B+ from top-tier investors and is headquartered in San Francisco.
As an Implementation Manager, you will be a foundational member of Rippling's Global Implementation team, serving as an individual contributor (IC role). You will work directly with customers across various segments to implement and drive adoption of Rippling's global products, leveraging deep domain expertise combined with comprehensive knowledge of Rippling's platform and a strong commitment to customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Become a Rippling expert within 60 days for customers and 90 days for internal colleagues, serving as a go-to resource
- Partner 1x1 with an evolving set of clients to own successful launches of their Global Employee Management Platform implementations
- Drive customer timelines and adoption by understanding use cases and aligning them to Rippling best practices
- Provide domain expertise to customers and internal Rippling peers
- Develop and document implementation processes and best practices
- Collaborate with Customer Experience and R&D teams to improve processes and products based on customer use cases
- Embody Rippling company values daily
- Work independently on projects while demonstrating individual strengths in product and client experience
You will navigate multiple external stakeholders ranging from executives to front-line staff across IT, Operations, HR, and Finance functions. The role requires managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Implementation, Technical Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles within HR, Payroll, or Accounting
- Proficient in English and German or Dutch (written and verbal communication)
- Proven project management experience deploying multiple projects simultaneously and on time in fast-paced environments
- Strong customer interaction skills with commitment to excellent customer experience
- Creative problem-solving approach: relentless in searching documentation, asking questions, and understanding the "why" behind requests
- Ability to confidently navigate multiple external stakeholders at various organizational levels
- Comfortable working autonomously with strong prioritization and ability to identify internal/external blockers
- Proven ability to proactively tackle challenges with a can-do attitude
BONUS:
- Experience with HR, Payroll, or Accounting domain or software
- Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, SFDC, G Suite, Outreach, Mac Computers
