As an Implementation Manager, you will be an individual contributor responsible for working with customers across various segments to implement and drive adoption of Rippling's global products. This role is critical to Rippling's competitive differentiation in the market. You will leverage deep domain expertise combined with comprehensive knowledge of Rippling's global product suite and a strong commitment to customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with customers to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Rippling's platform
- Take on independent projects that showcase your individual strengths across product and client experience domains
- Ensure seamless implementation experiences for clients
- Work across various customer segments and use cases
- Apply domain expertise to drive product adoption and customer success
