As an Implementation Manager for Rippling's Global Employer of Record (EOR) team, you will be a foundational member of a high-impact team. You will own the complete customer experience from project kick-off through successful launch. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing customer implementations end-to-end, ensuring smooth onboarding and product adoption
- Providing customer education and one-on-one advisory to ensure clients maximize value from their Rippling products
- Collaborating with customers to configure payroll, benefits, IT provisioning, and integrations
- Identifying and resolving implementation blockers and risks
- Documenting best practices and creating playbooks to scale the implementation process
- Taking on independent projects that span product improvements, client experience enhancements, and process optimization
This role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer success while contributing to the broader product and operational strategy of Rippling's EOR offering. You will work with diverse global customers and help them navigate complex HR and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Note: This position requires working the PST shift (8 PM to 4 AM IST) to align with US-based customer support and team collaboration.
